As a life-long Bay Area native and 15-year San Francisco resident I have been involved in San Francisco, East Bay, and Northern California real estate since the 1997. I completed a 2-unit condominium conversion project in The City, own and manage multi-unit investment property here, and regularly advise clients on tenancy-in-common, condominium conversion and investment property strategies, as well as probate, estate and trust property sales.
